Transfer of Auto Registration (Account Closing)

​Required Documents

  1. One request form for transfer and transfer acceptance (two signatures of the transferee)
  2. Two sets of Power of Attorney (one set signed by the power grantor and one set signed by the person authorized)
  3. Documents for ownership transfer:

    If the customer is a natural person

    • Two certified copies of the customer’s valid National ID Card
    • Certified copy of the customer’s first/last name change certificate (if any)
    • Copy of House Registration (including the page indicating the full address)

    If the customer is a foreign national:

    • Copy of passport
    • Copy of visa​
    • Copy of valid work permit

    If the customer is a juristic person

    • Certificate of Business Registration (issued not over 6 months prior to the application date)
    • Copy of the National ID of the authorized director
      (if the authorized director is a foreign national – copies of passport, visa and work permit)
    • Copy of first/last name change certificate (if any) of the authorized director
    • Copy of House Registration of the authorized director (including the page indicating the full address)

    Note: All documents are required in two sets, and must be signed by the authorized director and affixed with the company seal.

    If the customer is deceased:

    • Original of the court order appointing the deceased’s estate executor
    • Copy of the deceased’s Death Certificate
    • Two certified copies of the National ID of the executor
    • Two certified copies of the House Registration of the executor

Conditions for Car Ownership Transfer (account closing)

  1. In the case of a van – a signed memorandum should note this for acknowledgement (one copy).
  2. In the case of a leasing contract – the vehicle must be inspected by the Department of Land Transport first.
